Last updated: August 14, 2026. Noctis Ventures currently has no active products listed for sale through its connected commerce account. This page establishes the baseline policy framework; product-specific purchase terms will be displayed before paid checkout is activated.

Before a purchase

Each paid product or service will state its price, what is included, and any product-specific refund or cancellation rules before payment. Those disclosed product-specific terms will control.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or charged incorrectly, contact support promptly with enough information for us to locate the transaction. Do not send full payment-card numbers by email.

Digital products and services

Eligibility for refunds can depend on whether a digital product was delivered, a service was performed, or a subscription period began. Applicable consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.

How to request help

Contact support@astranoctis.net with the product name, purchase email, date, and a short explanation. Any refund, when approved, is returned through the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider or bank.
